This notice applies to the KIDE 2027 website. The current site is a static information website. It does not provide user accounts, online payment or an online submission form.

2. Information You Provide

If you contact the Organizing Committee by telephone or through a registration channel announced later, the information you provide will be used to respond to your inquiry and provide exhibitor or visitor services. Please provide only the information needed for that purpose.

3. Technical Logs

The hosting provider and content delivery network may record basic access logs for security, fault diagnosis and service performance, such as IP address, browser type, access time and requested path. These records are retained only for the period necessary for those purposes.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The current website does not use advertising profiles or third-party marketing tracking code. If online forms, analytics or third-party services are added later, this notice will be updated.

5. Company Directory

The exhibitor and company directory is compiled from historical show records and public company information. Inclusion does not confirm participation in KIDE 2027. Where no official English name is available, the registered Chinese name is retained.

6. Legal Identity and Filing

The legal Chinese entity name, ICP filing number and public security filing number are retained as required by applicable Chinese law. The English pages are a language version of the same KIDE 2027 website.
